ECU OR ECM IN 2005 TOYOTA COROLLA DEFECTIVE, CAUSING VARIOUS PROBLEMS, MINE WAS TRANSMISSION PROBLEM ,BUT MY TRANSMISSION WAS OKAY THE ECU OR ECM WAS CAUSING THE TRANSMISSION NOT TO SHIFT RIGHT,.UPON TALKING TO DEALERSHIP THOUSANDS OF UNITS REPLACED AND THERE ARE SEVERAL ONLINE ISSUES OF THIS PART MALFUNCTIONING,WARRANTY COVERS TO 80,000 MILES BUT IF OVER THAT IT IS A $800.00 REPAIR FOR A PART TOYOTA KNOWS IS BAD, HAD PART REPLACED AT MY EXPENSE I,DON,T FEEL THE CONSUMER SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS... *TR
