TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 VOLVO S80 T6. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS LOWER SPEEDS TO INCLUDE APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH, THERE WAS HESITATION AND THE VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD. THE DEALER STATED THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS OR WARRANTIES. THE COMPUTER DIAGNOSIS DID NOT LIST ANY FAILURE CODES. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 105000 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 106000.
