Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 LINCOLN TOWN CAR. THE CONTACT STATED WHEN IT RAINS, WATER WOULD COME THROUGH THE AIR CONDITIONER DUCKS AND ONTO THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THE DEALER COULD NOT REMEDY THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIR SINCE THE DEALER CANNOT DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF FAILURE. THE CONTACT IS CONCERNED THAT THE FAILURE COULD CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL FIRE TO OCCUR. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 123,000.
