Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1998 BUICK REGAL. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO DRIVE, THE STEERING COLUMN LOCKED WITHOUT WARNING. THIS CONDITION, WOULD NOT ALLOW THE VEHICLE TO BE DRIVEN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR FACILITY, AND THE RACK AND PINION WAS REPLACED. HOWEVER, AFTER THE REPAIR THE FAILURE RESURFACED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNAVAILABLE.
