Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2008 BMW 335XI. IT HAS A SERIOUS TRANSMISSION PROBLEM. WHEN I AM AT THE RED LIGHT WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE IT FEELS LIKE SOMEONE HIT ME FROM BEHIND! SO HARD I LOOK IN MY REAR VIEW MIRROR TO SEE THE CAR THAT HIT ME AND GET OUT TO GET THEIR INSURANCE INFO. BMW WILL NOT FIX IT SAYING THAT THE TECH CANT REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM! IF MY KIDS OR YOUR OR SOME DRIVER WITH NOT ALOT OF EXPERIENCE WOULD HAVE THIS HAPPEN TO THEM I ASSURE YOU THEY COULD PANIC AND HIT THE GAS AND END UP IN THE INTERSECTION AND GET KILLED!!! SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE BEFORE SOMEONE DIES!!!!*TR
