TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE TURN SIGNALS AND HAZARD LIGHTS WERE INOPERATIVE. SHE INSTALLED A NEW FUSE, BUT THAT DID NOT REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER NOR THE DEALER WAS NOTIFIED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 97,624.
