Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH HE CRASHED INTO A DEER. THE FRONT-END OF THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED, BUT NONE OF THE AIRBAGS DEPLOYED. AS A CONSEQUENCE HE SUSTAINED INJURIES TO THE BACK AND NECK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER, AND A TECHNICIAN CONCLUDED THAT THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY DUE TO THE VEHICLE DECELERATING IN A IMPROPER MANNER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 112000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 140000.
