THIS IS THE SECOND TIME MY SHIFTER WILL NOT WORK. I AM UNABLE TO REMOVE OUT OF PARK. I HAVE ALREADY HAD TO REPLACE IT ONCE. THIS WAS A COST OF 250 DOLLARS. WITH IN A MONTH THIS PIECE BROKE AGAIN. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT THE CURRENT OEM PART CAN NOT FIX PLEASE REDESIGN A NEW ONE FOR THE RECALL. *TR
