Consumer Description
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH CREAKING AND CLUNKING NOISE IN THE FRONT END, MOSTLY HEARD WHEN PARALLEL PARKING. I BROUGHT IT TO FETTE FORD AND THE FIXED THE PROBLEM WITH NO ARGUMENT. I WOULD CHECK AGAIN, TRY TALKING WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER. TELL HIM THAT THEY ALREADY FIXED BLUE 07 FUSION SE WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. I ALSO GOT A FREE LOANER CAR, IT TOOK 3 DAYS TO FIX.
