Consumer Description

MY CLIENT WAS DRIVING A 2009 GMC ACADIA (ACQUIRED 09-03-2008) ON INTERSTATE 10 NEAR MARRIANA FLORIDA ON 08-08-09 WHEN THE CAR CAUGHT ON FIRE AND BURNED COMPLETELY. MY CLIENT, HER DAUGHTER, ANN AND ANN'S 2 YOUNG BOYS WERE TRAVELING TO A DESTINATION IN FLORIDA. FORTUNATELY ONE OF THE BOYS NEEDED TO GO TO THE BATHROOM SO THEY STOPPED ALONG SIDE THE INTERSTATE. THE CAR BURNED UP IN FRONT OF THEIR EYES. . WE HAVE RECEIVED NO REPORTS OF THE CAUSE YET. I HAVE A LOT OF PHOTOGRAPHS. FORTUNATELY ,NO ONE WAS BURNED - BUT THE CAR AND ALL OF ITS CONTENTS WERE BURNED COMPLETELY. *TR
