HAVE 2003 FORD CROWN VICTORIA GOT RECALL NOTICE IN MARCH 2009. I CALLED NAPA FORD AND WAS TOLD CAR HAD TO BE A POLICE CAR REGISTERED TO A POLICE STATION REALLY FELT LIKE A BRUSH OFF NOW 5 MONTHS LATER I HAVE CRACKS IN MY RIM AND A FLAT TIRE I CALLED BACK AND WAS BRUSHED OFF AGAIN THERE IS A PROVEN DEFECT AND THERE NOT FIXING IT. *TR
