Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE CARAVAN. SINCE JUNE OF 2009, THE VEHICLE JERKS AND HESITATES WHEN STOPPING AND THEN ACCELERATING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN IN FOR REPAIR, BUT THE MECHANIC EXPLAINED THAT NO NEW PARTS WERE MANUFACTURED BECAUSE THE PREVIOUS PARTS WERE DEFECTIVE. THE MECHANIC RECEIVED THIS INFORMATION FROM THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
