Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 JEEP COMMANDER. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL LIGHTS ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN PULLING FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. THE VEHICLE VEERED OFF TO THE RIGHT AND DROVE INTO A DITCH. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A COLLISION CENTER AND THE MECHANIC STATED THAT THE SUSPENSION FAILED. THE VEHICLE WILL BE REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 8,000.
