FRONT SEATBELTS FAIL TO RETRACT PROPERLY CAUSING THEM TO BECOME JAMMED BETWEEN THE DOORLOCK AND THE BODY LATCH. BELTS ARE BECOMING DAMAGED AND WEAKENED. THIS HAS BEEN A PROBLEM SINCE VEHICLE WAS NEW, SITUATION ONGOING. *TR
