Consumer Description

I HAVE A 2007 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE DIESEL. BOUGHT NEW, NOV. 07. AT ABOUT 28K MILES, ON MAY 24, NOXIOUS FUMES STARTED COMING THROUGH THE A/C VENTS WHILE IDLING, AFTER COMING TO A STOP. TOOK TO DEALER. THEY HAD IT FOR 3 DAYS, GOT A RUN AROUND, THEY SAID CHRYSLER TECH LINE SAID IT WAS NORMAL, TOLD ME TO SET THE A/C SYSTEM ON RECIRCULATION. SERVICE MANAGER ADMITS HE SMELLED IT BUT THEY COULDN'T FIND THE PROBLEM. CALLED CHRYSLER TECH LINE, THEY SAID THE SAME THING ALSO THAT I SHOULD TAKE IT TO A DEALER WITH BETTER TECHNICIANS. PROBLEM IS GETTING WORSE, STINKS, CAUSES EYE STING. PROBABLY EXHAUST FUMES, SMELLS LIKE A NATURAL GAS LEAK ONLY WORSE! *TR
