200 DODGE CARAVAN I'VE HAD IT FOR 9 YEARS AND THE STRUT TOWER ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE IS RUSTED TO THE POINT OF BREAKING. I FOUND THIS OUT AT MY INSPECTION, AND NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T PASS INSPECTION. A STRUT TOWER BREAKING WOULD CAUSE SERIOUS SAFETY PROBLEM DURING VEHICLE OPERATION, AS IT WOULD BE UNDRIVABLE. *TR
