TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500. THE FRONT SUSPENSION WHEEL BEARING CAME APART AND ALMOST CAUSED A CRASH. RECALL # 07V038000, COMPONENT: SUSPENSION:FRONT:WHEEL BEARING IS RELATED TO THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE VIN IS NOT A PART OF THE RECALL AND THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR COST. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 55,000.
