Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET UPLANDER. WHILE DRIVING 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE MADE A LOUD NOISE, VIBRATED, AND SHOOK. IN ADDITION, THE BRAKES HESITATED TO STOP THE VEHICLE AND THE STABILITY CONTROL TRACTION INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER SIX TIMES AND THE DIAGNOSTIC LOCATED THE FAILURE CODE AT THE STABILITY CONTROL. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. A REPORT WAS FILED WITH THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER SENT A TECHNICIAN TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE, BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 4,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 12,000.
