Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 DODGE RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO SPONTANEOUSLY DRIFT TO THE RIGHT OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT CRASHED INTO A BRIDGE AND THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED SEVERE INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT HAS PICTURES OF THE CRASH. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE CRASH WAS NOT SIGNIFICANT ENOUGH TO WARRANT AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT. THE VIN AND MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN.
