Consumer Description

WE OWN A 2008 BUICK ENCLAVE THAT HAS FAILED TO START THREE TIMES IN THE LAST 4 DAYS. TOOK IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID NO PROBLEM WITH THE BATTERY. MY WIFE DRIVES THIS CAR WITH OUR TWO YOUR CHILDREN AND WE CAN'T AFFORD FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO BE STRANDED. DEALER SAID THEY FIXED ISSUE WITH SOFTWARE UPDATE. APPARENTLY NOT AS IT WOULD NOT START AGAIN TONIGHT. *TR
