Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 NISSAN ROGUE. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH ON AN ICE COVERED ROAD, THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL TO AVOID REAR ENDING THE PRECEDING VEHICLE. SHE CRASHED INTO ANOTHER VEHICLE AND THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED MAJOR FRONT END DAMAGE. THE RADIATOR WAS PUNCTURED AND THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 12,500.
