Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 TOYOTA SCION XA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LATCH LOCATED ON THE TOP OF THE BACK SEAT, WHICH HOLDS THE SEAT IN POSITION, FAILED. THIS POSES A HUGE SAFETY HAZARD FOR OCCUPANTS SEATED IN THE BACK SEAT BECAUSE THEY COULD BECOME INJURED IF THE SEAT FALLS OUT OF POSITION. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 15,000.
