Consumer Description

I STARTED HEARING CREAKING NOISES INSIDE THE DASH SEVERAL MONTHS AGO. THIS WOULD NORMALLY OCCUR WHEN I TURNED THE ENGINE OFF, OR TURNED THE HEAT OR A/C OFF. A WEEK AGO THE PASSENGER SIDE VENTS STARTING BLOWING COLD AIR ONLY, REGARDLESS OF TEMPERATURE SETTINGS. I WAS TOLD AT MY MECHANIC THAT THIS WAS A KNOWN BLEND DOOR ISSUE WITH 1999 TO 2004 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEES. I WAS TOLD THIS WOULD BE APPROXIMATELY $1000 TO REPAIR. *TR
