TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2003 FORD CROWN VICTORIA. THE CONTACT DISCOVERED A CRACKED RIM IN THE BACK OF HIS TRUNK. THE DEALER INITIALLY STATED THAT HIS VIN WAS INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 07V079000 (WHEELS). FOUR RIMS WERE ORDERED AND, WHEN THEY ARRIVED, THE DEALER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED BECAUSE IT WAS NOT AN ACTIVE POLICE VEHICLE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 129,600 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 129,580. UPDATED 11-25-08 *BF UPDATED 11/25/08. *JB
