TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 DODGE DURANGO. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE CONTACT CRASHED THE VEHICLE HEAD ON INTO A TREE. NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED BY A DEALER AND THE CONTACT DID NOT NOTICE ANY DIFFERENCES BEFOREHAND. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 45,000. UPDATED 10-29-08 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS A LARGE TREE IN THE ROAD. THE CONSUMER SUFFERED INJURIES. UPDATED 10/30/08. *JB
