TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 DODGE CARAVAN. THE PLASTIC HEADLIGHT LENS OXIDIZES, RESULTING IN POOR ILLUMINATION OF THE ROAD. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT HE COULD PURCHASE A NEW HEAD LENS COVER. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 115,000.
