THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEALER WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES ON THE VANCE HINES PIPE ON THE EXHAUST DUE TO THE RECALLED COMPONENT. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN.
