TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 FORD F350 SUPER DUTY. THE VEHICLE HAS FIRESTONE LT26575R16 TIRES. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH, THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE TIRE EXPLODED AND SHATTERED INTO PIECES WITHOUT WARNING. THE DRIVER WAS INJURED AND A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 154,000.
