Consumer Description

I TOOK DELIVERY OF MY DODGE 2500 MEGA CAB PICKUP WITH THE CUMMINS 6.7 DIESEL MOTOR. ALMOST SINCE THE FIRST DAY, I HAVE HAD THE TRUCK BACK TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT THE DEALER FOR A FAILING EMISSION SYSTEM. THE DPF AND REGENERATION SYSTEM IS CONSTANTLY CLOGGING AND RENDERING MY VEHICLE UNDRIVABLE. WHEN THIS OCCURS, I RETURN TO THE DEALER, HAVE THE PART CLEANED, OR REPLACED, AND I AM TOLD THAT IT WILL OCCUR AGAIN. ACCORDING TO MY DEALERS SERVICE MANAGER, AND DODGE, THERE IS NO KNOWN FIX FOR THIS PROBLEM. UPON SPEAKING TO DODGE CUSTOMER SERVICE REGARDING A BUYBACK OF MY VEHICLE, I HAVE BEEN HUNG UP ON, PUT ON HOLD FOR HOURS, TOLD MY DEALER HAS TO BUY IT BACK, OR TOLD TO HIRE A LAWYER. WHEN RESEARCHING THIS MATTER, I HAVE FOUND THAT I AM NOT ALONE WITH THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW 6.7 DODGE TRUCKS. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT RECOURSE I HAVE IN THIS MATTER WITH DODGE, OR MY DEALER DIRECTLY. *TR
