TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CHRYSLER SEBRING. THE CONTACT RECEIVED A SAFETY RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 07V473000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING:COOLING SYSTEM:RADIATOR ASSEMBLY) IN MAY OF 2008. AFTER CALLING THE DEALER SEVERAL TIMES, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE PART FOR THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE AND HAD TO BE ORDERED. SHE SPOKE WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER ON JUNE 18, 2008 AND WAS INFORMED THAT HE WOULD RECEIVE A CALLBACK. AS OF JULY 18, 2008, THE CONTACT HAS NOT RECEIVED A CALL. THE MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN.
