Consumer Description

ONLY COLD AIR BLOWS FROM THE RIGHT SIDE VENTS ON MY 2000 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THIS BEGAN THE END OF THIS PAST WINTER. THIS PROBLEM AFFECTS THE HEAT VENTS AND THE DEFROST VENT, THEREFORE CAUSES A SAFETY HAZARD, AS THE RIGHT SIDE WINDSHIELD ICES UP. FROM MY SEARCHES, THIS APPEARS TO BE A BIG PROBLEM, EFFECTING MANY JEEP OWNERS. MY MECHANIC AT THE DEALERSHIP, SAID IT WOULD BE ABOUT A GRAND TO FIX. HE ALSO DID NOT EVEN ASK ME IF I WANTED TO GET IT FIX, ALMOST LIKE IT WAS TOO TIME CONSUMING AND DID NOT WANT ME TO GET IT FIXED. SO, THEREFORE I HAVE NOT HAD IT FIXED YET. *TR
