Consumer Description

ROTOR WARPING CAUSING VEHICLE TO PULSE OR SHAKE VIOLENTLY. I HAD THE VEHICLE IN AT ABOUT 18K MILES. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT SAID THAT THE BRAKES AND ROTORS ARE A WEAR AND TEAR ITEM. I EXPLAINED THAT THE PADS WERE DAMAGING THE ROTORS ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE. I WAS FURTHER CONTACTED BY GMC. THEY SENT AN ENGINEER TO THE FLEMINGTON SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO "EDUCATE" THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT ON HOW TO PROPERLY CUT ROTORS. THE CAR CAME BACK TO ME WITH A VERY FAINT SIGN OF THE PULSE THAT ORIGINALLY STARTED. ABOUT 3 WEEKS AND 1.5K MILES LATER, THE PROBLEM RETURNED. I HAVE VOWED TO RUN THE "LEASED" VEHICLE INTO THE GROUND BEFORE PAYING ANOTHER DIME. *TR
