Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. WHILE TRYING TO REPAIR A TIRE ON THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT REALIZED THAT THE TIRE JACK WAS INSUFFICIENT TO JACK UP THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY WOULD GET HIM THE PROPER JACK. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 20,000.
