TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH, THE SUSPENSION DROPPED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENTIRE BOTTOM FELL FROM UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE MILEAGES AND PURCHASE DATE WERE UNKNOWN.
