NOT A "FAILURE" YET BUT MY 2000 DODGE CARAVAN HAS SERIOUS RUSTING THROUGH THE TOP OF THE DRIVERS SIDE STRUT TOWER WHICH AT SOME TIME I CAN ENVISION THE STRUT TEARING UP AND THROUGH THE HOOD. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A STRUCTURAL DEFECT NOT A "COSMETIC" DEFECT WHICH CHRYSLER CLAIMS. *TR
