Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHEVROLET CORVETTE. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE COMPUTER DELAYED THE ACCELERATION OF THE VEHICLE. THE COMPUTER WAS NOT GETTING THE MESSAGES AT THE RIGHT TIME. THE DEALER ACKNOWLEDGED THE FAILURE, BUT, ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS, STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS NORMAL. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 5,200 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500.
