Consumer Description

I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM A 5 STAR DEALERSHIP IN ANTIOCH AT AN AUCTION. AFTER DRIVING THE CAR FOR ABOUT A MONTH IT WOULD REFUSE TO START. THERE WOULD BE TIMES WHEN I WOULD STOP AND TURN MY CAR OFF AND THEN THE ENGINE WOULD NOT WORK. SOMETIMES I WOULD BE PUT IN AN UNSAFE SITUATION AND IT HAS HAPPENED ABOUT 8 TIMES. EACH TIME IT HAPPENS I CALL THE 800 NUMBER AND HAVE JEEP TOW MY CAR, WHICH IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY, TO THE NEAREST JEEP DEALERSHIP. EACH TIME IT HAS BEEN THERE THEY HAVE CHANGED MODULE IN THE ENGINE AND WITHIN THE TRANSMISSION. THE ENGINE HAS BEEN TAKEN APART AND STILL THE PROBLEM PERSISTS. MY CAR IS CURRENTLY IN THE REPAIR SHOP AGAIN AND IT HAS BEEN EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. I BROUGHT UP LEMON LAW, HOWEVER, THEY TELL ME THAT SINCE I AM THE SECOND OWNER THIS CLAUSE DOES NOT APPLY. *TR
