PULLING BACK THE "SMART STICK" TO CHANGE HEAD BEAMS FROM LO TO HI REQUIRES EFFORT THAT MANY NOT BE ENOUGH SO ... THE HI BEAM BECOMES A "PASSING" HI BEAM. ONCE ACHIEVED TO HI BEAM AND RELEASED, A SECOND PULL BACK OF THE "SMART STICK" AND RELEASING MAY TURN OFF BOTH HI & LO BEAMS ALTOGETHER! SO PULL BACK THE 'SMART STICK' A SECOND TIME AND RELEASE. ALWAYS WORKS THE SECOND ATTEMPT. *TR
