TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 DODGE DURANGO. THE MIDDLE ROW DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT HARNESS IS MALFUNCTIONING. THE LATCH OPENS ON ITS OWN WHEN THOSE SEATS ARE OCCUPIED.
