TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 GMC ENVOY. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH UPHILL IN ICY WEATHER, THE VEHICLE SLID OFF THE ROAD. NONE OF THE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED AND THE VEHICLE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYED. THE PASSENGER WAS SEVERELY INJURED. THE CONTACT FILED A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE MANUFACTURER. HE HAS A COPY OF THE POLICE REPORT. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 115,000.
