TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 FORD EXPLORER. IN AUGUST OF 2007, THE CONTACT RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE FOR NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 07V336000 (VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL). HE CALLED THE DEALER EVERY MONTH SINCE RECEIVING THE NOTICE AND THE PARTS ARE STILL UNAVAILABLE. THE DEALER INFORMED HIM IN SEPTEMBER THAT THE PARTS WOULD BE AVAILABLE; HOWEVER, THEY STILL HAD NOT ARRIVED. THE FORD RECALL NUMBER WAS 05S28. THERE HAD BEEN NO FAILURE TO DATE. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 103,000. UPDATED 03-05-08 *BF
