TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED STATE INSPECTION DUE TO A RUSTED FRAME. TWO WELDING SHOPS STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS BEYOND REPAIR. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A THIRD WELDING SHOP AND THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD SANDBLAST THE VEHICLE. AS OF NOVEMBER 16, 2007, THE DEALER HAD NOT INSPECTED THE VEHICLE. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 117,000. UPDATED 02-19-08 *BF
