Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY. THE VEHICLE CAME EQUIPPED WITH A KEY THAT WILL NOT OPEN THE TRUNK. THE TRUNK CAN STILL OPEN WITH THE AUTOMATIC KEY PAD. THE CONTACT FEELS THAT IF THE TRUNK IS LOCKED WITH A KEY, IT SHOULD ONLY BE ABLE TO OPEN WITH A KEY AND NOT THE KEY PAD. THE DEALER OFFERED TO UNHOOK THE KEY PAD FEATURE, HOWEVER, NO REPAIR WAS MADE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 4,500.
