Consumer Description

I OWN A 2006 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE 4X4 LIMITED. WITHIN THE PAST TWO WEEKS ALL FOUR OF THE AIR VENT KNOBS THAT CONTROL THE FLOW OF AIR BOTH UP AND DOWN AND SIDE TO SIDE ON THE DASHBOARD FELL OFF. I AM A SINGLE 60 YEAR OLD MALE AND THE SOLE DRIVER OF THIS VEHICLE. I JUST COULDN'T BELIEVE THIS HAPPENED. *UPDATED 12/12/07 *BF UPDATED 12/12/07
