Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 TOYOTA PRIUS. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AUTOMATIC HEADLIGHT LEVELING SYSTEM WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATES INTERMITTENTLY AND REMAINS ON AT RANDOM INTERVALS. THE FAILURE WAS NOTICED WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, BUT OCCURS EACH TIME THE VEHICLE IS DRIVEN. HE SPOKE WITH TOYOTA AND THEY STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS OUT OF WARRANTY AND THE CONTACT WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIR. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 50,000 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 43,000.
