Consumer Description
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2004 FORD FOCUS. THE VEHICLE HAS KUMHO, SIZE 195/60R15 TIRES. WHILE DRIVING 5 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE TIRE SCRAPED THE CURB AND BLEW OUT. A SPARE TIRE WAS PLACED ON THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE SIDEWALL FAILED. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 42,000. UPDATED 12/12/07
