Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN HE ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE THE DRIVER SIDE FRONT DOOR, THE CHROME PLATED DOOR HANDLE CUT HIS LEFT HAND. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE DOOR HANDLE WAS DEFECTIVE DUE TO THE CHROME PEELING. AS OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2007, THE DOOR HANDLE HAD NOT BEEN REPLACED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 44,500 AND CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 45,000. UPDATED 09/18/07*JB
