1988 CHEVROLET CORVETTE CAUGHT FIRE UNDER THE DRIVER SEAT MOTOR DUE TO A SHORTED WIRE. *KB THE CONSUMER STATED THERE WAS ONLY SMOKE THAT EMITTED FROM THE SEAT, WHICH WAS PUT OUT WITH A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. OHIO TRAFFIC CRASH REPORT. *JB
