BROKEN VALVE SPRING ON 5.7 LTR. ENGINE; DESPITE A "TECHNICAL BULLETIN SB-10000-442-8271, DATED 4 NOV 2002,(ON THIS WEBSITE)" STATING "REPLACE SPRINGS AND SELL UNSOLD VEHICLES AT AUCTION", THEY FURTHER CLAIM NO KNOWLEDGE OF THIS TECH BULLETIN . I CONTACTED CHRYSLER ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS ABOUT THIS CONCERN AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY KNEW NOTHING OF THIS PROBLEM AND I AM AN ASE MASTER CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN SO I HAVE CONNECTIONS AT OTHER DEALERS WHOM I SPOKE WITH AND THEY TOLD ME OF THIS PROBLEM WITH THE 5.7 HEMI ENGINES. DROPPED A VALVE SHATTERED THE PISTON AND SCORED THE CYLINDER WALL SO THE ENGINE WAS JUST SCRAP AT THIS POINT. *TR
