Consumer Description

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2001 FORD WINDSTAR. WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN AT 10 MPH, THE CONTACT HEARD A LOUD NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE REPAIR SHOP AND IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LOWER CONTROL ARM BRACKET FAILED AND THE SUB-FRAME WAS RUSTED. THE REPAIR WOULD COST $1,000. THE VEHICLE IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 130,000.
